Inno Supps Monthly Giveaway

I. Sweepstakes Period

The "Inno Supps Monthly Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that same calendar month (each a "Promotion Period"). Each Promotion Period is a separate Sweepstakes. Entries do not carry over into subsequent months. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Inno Supps LLC, located at 7735 Commercial Way, Suite 100, Henderson, NV 89011, United States.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Inno Supps and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter via any of the following methods:

1. Online Entry

Complete the entry form on the Inno Supps Sweepstakes page and submit your information. Limit one (1) online entry per person, per email address, and per household per Promotion Period.

2. Automatic Purchase Entry

Any customer who places a qualifying order on the Inno Supps website (www.innosupps.com) during the applicable Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into that month's drawing. Subscription renewals that process during the Promotion Period also qualify as a purchase entry. No additional steps are required by the customer. Limit one (1) automatic purchase entry per customer per Promotion Period, regardless of the number of orders or renewals placed that month.

3. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

On a 3" x 5" card, handwrite:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the last day of the applicable Promotion Period. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Promotion Period. Bulk entries or multiple entries in one envelope will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

Regardless of entry method, each participant is limited to one (1) valid entry per Promotion Period. Any duplicate entries submitted by the same person will be disqualified.

V. Prize Details

One (1) winner per Promotion Period will receive one (1) Apple Watch Ultra 3.0 (approximate retail value: $799). In the event the advertised prize is unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No cash substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.

VI. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within the first week of the following month by employees or agents of Inno Supps.

The potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period, or if the selected winner is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

VII. Tax Responsibility

The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. The Sponsor will not be responsible for any tax liability incurred by the winner.

VIII. General Conditions

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

IX. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Inno Supps LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.

X. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class action, in the courts located in Henderson, Nevada and governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

XI. Privacy and Email Marketing

Information submitted by participants is subject to the Inno Supps Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described therein.

By submitting an entry, participants also consent to receiving marketing communications from Inno Supps, including promotional offers, product updates, and newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email.

XII. Social Media Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is promoted on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. However, all entries must be submitted through the official entry form at www.innosupps.com. Entries submitted via social media comments, likes, tags, or direct messages will not be accepted.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release each applicable platform from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. Any questions or comments regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Inno Supps, not to any social media platform.

XIII. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner (available approximately two (2) weeks after the end of the applicable Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 30 days after the applicable drawing date.

XIV. Sponsor's Right to Modify

Inno Supps LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
