The Inno Fit App is a mobile-only service and does not have a desktop version.

You cannot make purchases within the App. If you choose to purchase products or supplements, you will be redirected to innosupps.com, which is governed by its own Privacy Policy, accessible on that site.

This Policy applies to users located in the United States. If you access the App from outside the U.S., your data will be processed in accordance with U.S. laws, which may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

    We analyze usage patterns and performance trends to enhance app functionality, accuracy, and user experience.

  6. To Manage Subscriptions and App Access
    If you subscribe to Inno Fit Services, we process limited account and payment data to manage your subscription status, renewals, and access credentials.
    No financial data is stored in the app; subscription payments are securely processed by our payment service provider.

    We may use limited data, such as engagement or activity trends, to provide optional marketing or supplement recommendations within the Inno ecosystem.

We collect information directly from you, from your Inno Fit Band, and through your interactions with our Services.

  • User Information: Gender, height, weight, or other information you choose to provide.
  • Device Information: Device ID, app version, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Activity & Health Metrics: Heart rate, respiratory rate, heart rate variability, stress index, recovery level, body balance, steps, sleep duration/patterns, workouts, and calories burned.
  • Derived & Calculated Data: Recovery trends, stress and readiness scores, and calculated body composition metrics.
  • User Interactions: Notes, activity tags, feedback, and support communications.


Some of this data—particularly health metrics—is considered sensitive personal information. We only process it with your explicit consent and do not use or disclose sensitive personal data for purposes other than providing the Inno Fit Services, fulfilling legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. Future Integrations

If integrations are added in the future, we will request your explicit consent before enabling them.

6. Inno Fit Recommendations

The Inno Fit App may use your wellness metrics (such as activity level, sleep, stress, or recovery patterns) to provide personalized supplement or product recommendations within the Inno ecosystem.
 
These recommendations are generated internally by Inno Supps LLC based on your app data and are intended for informational and wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

All processing related to recommendations is performed solely by Inno Supps LLC and is not shared with advertisers, analytics firms, or third-party marketers.

If you choose to make a purchase, you will be redirected to innosupps.com or another authorized retailer.
 
The Inno Fit App itself does not collect or store payment card details, billing information, or purchase history.
 
All transactions are handled securely by our e-commerce platform in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Online Customers & Site Visitors

When you visit our websites or follow links from the Inno Fit App to make a purchase, your activity is governed by the Inno Supps Website Privacy Policy, available at innosupps.com.

While the Inno Fit App itself does not process financial transactions, we may collect limited technical data (such as device type or referral source) related to your redirect for performance tracking.

The Inno Supps website may process:

The Inno Fit App does not use browser cookies or traditional web-based tracking.

  • monitor app stability, crashes, and overall usage patterns; and

No personally identifiable or health-related data is shared with analytics providers for advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking.

All third-party technologies are used strictly on behalf of Inno Supps LLC under confidentiality and data-protection agreements.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

All mobile data transmission is encrypted, and sensitive data (such as health metrics) is stored securely on U.S.-based servers. The App uses secure API connections to sync data between your Inno Fit Band and your mobile device.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our Services, fulfill legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and up to one year after deletion for security and backup purposes.
  • Transactional records: Retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

When you delete your Inno Fit account, health and activity data is permanently deleted from active systems unless legally required otherwise.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Inno Fit Band and App are not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

Parents or guardians who believe their child has used the App may contact customerservice@innosupps.com to request deletion of associated data.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time.
 
If material changes occur, we will notify you via the app, by email, or on our website.
 
Your continued use of the Inno Fit Services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
