A few things that apply no matter which policy covers your purchase.

  • You may make up to 2 returns per calendar year across all return types combined.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Inno Supps does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Products purchased for unauthorized resale are not eligible for returns.

  • You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return, including 3-month and 6-month supply orders.
  • Eligible for a one-time full refund per product, per household (same delivery address).
  • Only one open bottle per product will be accepted. If you purchased a multi-bottle or multi-product stack, only one bottle per product may be returned open. Remaining bottles must be returned unopened and will be refunded under the Standard Return Policy.
  • The bottle must be returned, even if empty.
  • This guarantee may be used once per product. The same product cannot be returned twice.

How to Cancel or Return

Click the "Cancel or Return" button on this page or on the order confirmation page. If your order has not yet shipped, it will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been delivered, you will need to send the item back before your refund is processed. We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we will refund the price you paid for the product plus the standard shipping cost you were charged at checkout. If you selected a premium or expedited shipping option, only the cost of standard shipping will be refunded. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Requests After 14 Days

If you reach out after the 14-day window has passed, your request will be handled under our standard return policy. This means our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Standard Return Policy terms apply, including the non-refundability of shipping costs and product condition requirements.

Try Before You Buy

Try Before You Buy orders have their own return window, separate from our Standard and Money-Back policies.

  • You have 20 days from purchase to initiate a return and avoid being charged.
  • If the product is not returned within 20 days, your payment will be processed automatically.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and processed, provided the return was initiated within the 20-day window.
  • All Try Before You Buy products must be shipped back, even if opened or empty.
  • Try Before You Buy purchases are not eligible for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or Standard Return Policy.

Fraud & Return Abuse

We want our return and refund policies to remain fair and accessible for every genuine customer. We actively monitor return patterns and reserve the right to take action when we identify abuse.

  • Customers who repeatedly return products, exceed the annual return limit, or show patterns consistent with abuse may have their account flagged and restricted from future returns.
  • Returning products that were purchased with the intent to resell is not permitted and will result in the return being denied.
  • Attempting to return more than one open bottle per product, or misrepresenting the condition of returned items, will result in the return being rejected.
  • Customers found to be abusing our return or refund policies may have their account permanently suspended.
  • If you believe your account has been flagged in error, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to review it.

  • Can I return multiple open bottles of the same product?

    No. Only one open bottle per product can be returned. If you bought a multi-bottle supply or a stack, you're welcome to return one open bottle per product, but any remaining bottles need to come back unopened. Those will be refunded under our Standard Return Policy.

  • Do I cover the cost of the return label?

    Yes, return shipping is on the customer's side. We don't provide prepaid labels. We'd suggest going with a carrier that offers tracking for peace of mind. Just a heads up that shipping costs are non-refundable (except for the original outbound standard shipping cost for EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal).

  • What carrier should I use?

    Use any carrier you like! We just recommend picking one that gives you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your return and know when it's arrived
    safely with us.
